The president of a chipboard company in Northeast of China says, as the forest management bureau want the logging activities to less in their area, which is the main source of chinese local logs, their business of particleboard and floors will be impacted badly. This might cause many of the employees to lose job.

Considering this situation, the group will study the possiblitiy of moving the particleboard production line to the southern provinces which have more materials for the production of particleboard. This is to make sure their famous particleboard brand still available to distributors. There is another choice. It’s to setup new product category like wooden pellets.

Because there are another two particleboard companies are switching to wooden pellets the the president consider it very promising business.
